Do, Did, Done, Do again or Do I

 

 

Creative works are subjective not only to the viewer but to the creator themselves. As an artist I do like to keep changing one last little thing infinitely until it feels done or I hate it and scrap it, only to pick it up sometime later and see the merit.

 

So how do I know when I am done or if a work is any good? A gasping audience is a nice sound, consistent critiques, lot of likes and positive comments from social media and my favorite; loving something when I see it with fresh eyes. Good work for me is loving what I do and redo an do again.
